Acceptance of Products: By placing an order with Big Horn Food Services, you acknowledge and accept the responsibility for the products delivered. This includes but is not limited to food products, food handling products, paper products, and cleaning supplies.
Third-Party Products: The products delivered by Big Horn Food Services are produced by third-party manufacturers. The responsibility for the quality, safety, and adherence to regulations of such products lies solely with the respective third-party producers. Big Horn Food Services disclaims any liability for issues arising from third-party products.
Product Quality: Big Horn Food Services strives to deliver high-quality products. However, due to variations in manufacturing and handling, we cannot guarantee the consistency of products from batch to batch. We recommend inspecting products upon delivery and contacting our sales team immediately if any issues arise.
Product Handling: Certain products delivered by Big Horn Food Services, particularly food products, require proper handling and storage to maintain quality and safety. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow all recommended guidelines for handling, storage, and preparation of products.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Big Horn Food Services or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the products delivered by Big Horn Food Services, even if Big Horn Food Services or a Big Horn Food Services authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Modifications: Big Horn Food Services reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions for product delivery at any time without notice. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms and conditions.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions for product delivery are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this State and location.
By placing an order with Big Horn Food Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not place an order with us.
