Preparation Instructions

To prepare soup or broth, dissolve 1 lb. of Base in 3 gallons of boiling water and boil for one minute. For a smaller quantity, dissolve 1 teaspoon of Base in 8 fluid ounces of boiling water or 4 ounces of Base in 3 quarts of boiling water and boil for one minute.

Serving Suggestions

A perfect complement to prime rib and French dip sandwiches. Great in recipes in place of beef broth or meat stock, yielding a rich, roasted beef flavor. Use it for basting and marinating also.
